Data Protection Notice

This notice explains how BM Fırat Yapı processes personal data as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

LEGAL BASIS
Processing is based on KVKK Art. 5/2-(c) (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract), Art. 5/2-(ç) (compliance with a legal obligation) and Art. 5/2-(f) (legitimate interest); where you tick the consent box on the form, on your explicit consent.

TRANSFERS
Data is stored on the servers of the hosting provider of this website. Depending on the nature of your request it may be shared with our liaison office in Germany; such transfer abroad relies on your explicit consent. Data may be disclosed to competent public authorities upon a lawful request. It is not otherwise shared with third parties, sold, or used for marketing.

RETENTION
Contact form records are kept for a maximum of 2 years after your request is concluded, then deleted or anonymised. In the event of a legal dispute they may be retained for the applicable limitation period.

YOUR RIGHTS (KVKK Art. 11)
You may request to learn whether your personal data is processed, obtain information about the processing, learn its purpose, know the third parties to whom data is transferred at home or abroad, have inaccurate data corrected, request erasure or destruction under the conditions of the law, request that such actions be notified to recipients, object to adverse results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
