Privacy and Cookie Policy

This policy explains how privacy is protected on the BM Fırat Yapı website and which cookies are used.

DATA WE COLLECT
Simply browsing the site does not require you to provide any personal information. Data is recorded only when you submit the contact form; details are set out in the Data Protection Notice.

SERVER LOGS
The hosting provider may keep access logs (IP address, date and time, requested address, browser information) for security and error tracking. These logs are not used for advertising or profiling.

COOKIES
This site uses no advertising, tracking or analytics cookies. There is no Google Analytics or comparable measurement tool.

Cookies in use:
- Session cookie (PHPSESSID): created only when signing in to the admin panel, to keep the session alive. It is not created for ordinary visitors. It expires when the browser is closed or you sign out. It is a strictly necessary technical cookie.

THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your IP address is transmitted to Google during that request.
- The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps. When it loads, Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address. Such content is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

MANAGING COOKIES
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary session cookie makes signing in to the admin panel impossible; it does not affect the public side of the site.

SECURITY
Form data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Admin passwords are stored in an irreversible form. Uploaded files are type-checked and re-encoded.

CHANGES
This policy is updated when necessary. The current version is always published on this page.
